Senior Electrical EngineerLead, plan, design, monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, document, and evolve the electrical state of telecommunications networks. Design and evaluate electrical power systems supporting mission-critical infrastructure. Support resilient, high-availability infrastructure operations in secure environments. Participate in Agile execution and technical planning discussions. Troubleshoot power system issues and operational faults. Possess DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 451 System Administrator work role when this billet is cyber-coded, such as Security+ as a baseline with SSCP or CISSP for senior practitioners. If not cyber-coded, certification may be designated as not applicable. 8+ years of experience focused on the evaluation, research, design, and analysis of complex electrical power systems supporting IT system power services. Demonstrated expertise leading and executing electrical power engineering efforts across planning, design, monitoring, troubleshooting, evaluation, documentation, and acceptance activities. Hands-on experience designing and managing electrical systems for data centers and IT infrastructure, including power distribution, grounding, load analysis, UPS, ATS, and battery systems. Operational experience supporting critical infrastructure power systems, including facilities power, redundancy planning, and availability assurance. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required. Relevant experience may substitute where appropriate. Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment. Required technical certifications include Professional Engineer where stamped engineering is required and NFPA 70E.
