Associate Dentist – $200K+ Base Salary | Up to $700K Earning Potential | Altoona PA

Our growing, multi-office dental group is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our practice in Altoona, PA. Whether you're an experienced dentist or a recent graduate looking for mentorship, you'll have the support, technology, and patient flow needed to succeed from day one.

This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy clinical autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and significant earning potential without corporate production quotas.

Compensation

Base salary of $200,000+ annually
Earn up to $700,000 annually based on production
Guaranteed daily rate during your first 6 months
Transition to a competitive percentage-of-collections compensation model
Immediate access to a full patient schedule and established patient base

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans
Provide restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, and fillings
Perform simple extractions
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Collaborate with specialists for implant, endodontic, and complex surgical cases

Schedule

Full-time
Monday–Thursday with optional Fridays
9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for licensure
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Commitment to providing high-quality dentistry
