Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionAbout the TeamThe Wealth Transformation Office Product Team at U.S. Bank is leading a multi-year platform modernization initiative to deliver the next generation of wealth management capabilities.This team partners across Product, Business Line Teams, Operations, Technology, Digital, and Risk to design and implement scalable solutions on the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP), ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and delivering meaningful client and business outcomes.About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will define and drive product strategy, vision, and execution within the SWP platform. You will operate at a portfolio level—aligning stakeholders, shaping roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes across multiple products.This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and technical modernization.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product and portfolio vision, aligned to business and enterprise strategyEstablish and manage product roadmaps, investment priorities, and OKRsOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, and release readinessLead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Operations, Technology, Business Line Stakeholders and Risk partnersTranslate business needs into clear requirements, epics, and backlog prioritiesDrive modernization initiatives, balancing business value and technical debtEnsure risk-aware delivery, including policy, control, and regulatory alignmentUtilize data and insights to prioritize work, measure performance, and optimize outcomesInfluence decisions and communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsProduct management experiencePreferred Qualifications/SkillsDemonstrated experience in product management, project management, and/or business analysis, preferably within financial services or platform transformationExperience leading complex, cross-functional initiativesStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle managementProven ability to define and track OKRs, KPIs, and business outcomesExperience with wealth management platforms, custody, or asset servicingKnowledge of software product architecture, integrations, and data flowsAbility to balance modernization efforts and technical debt with business prioritiesStrong customer-centric mindset with experience designing end-to-end solutionsExperience working in regulated environments with risk and control considerationsProven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholdersDemonstrated strategic thinking and executive communication skills through both written and verbal mediumsExperience with product management tools including JIRA, Practitest, Process Modeling Tools (e.g. Visio)What You’ll BringStrategic mindset with ability to connect vision to executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesLeadership presence with ability to drive outcomes in a complex transformation environmentThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
