Maintain Eligibility Status: Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee eligibility status, ensuring that only eligible employees remain in the incentive plan for the designated period. Education High School Diploma/GED Required Technical and Professional Expertise Incentive Plan Management: Experience with managing and coordinating incentive plans, ensuring compliance with associated agreements and collaborating with stakeholders to meet objectives. Eligibility Status Maintenance: Experience in maintaining accurate records of employee eligibility status, monitoring and updating records to ensure compliance with plan requirements. Acquisition Agreement Compliance: Experience with implementing and overseeing compliance with acquisition or integration agreements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with relevant stakeholders to achieve plan objectives, including communication and coordination to ensure successful implementation. Record Keeping and Administration: Experience with maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with plan requirements. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Acquisition Agreement Knowledge: Experience with acquisition or integration agreements, understanding terms and conditions, and implementing compliance measures. Incentive Plan Optimization: Experience in analyzing and optimizing incentive plans to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and communication to drive successful outcomes.
