Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to litigation attorneys in fast-paced practice
• Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Manage calendaring, including court deadlines and scheduling
• E-file in state and federal courts
• Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and physical
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and binders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience at law firm
• Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court procedures and e-filing
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism
