Work closely with Field Office staff in the printing of ORF checks. Determine the appropriate course of action necessary for stale dated and dishonored checks. Process stop payment requests of Office Revolving Funds (ORF) checks. Independently resolve reconciling items in a timely manner. Print vendor claim schedules and claim schedules created for the replenishment of the ORF. Prepare claim schedules for submission to State Controllers Office (SCO). Disburse vendor warrants that require special handling. Back up the Senior Accounting Officer, when needed, in the reconciliation of the Department’s $35 million monthly payroll.
