Finance Systems Analyst | Competitive Base + Bonus | Finance First Systems Role Location: In Office / Hybrid (Finance Based) We are seeking a finance professional who has become the trusted expert for financial reporting systems through hands on use in close, consolidation, and reporting. This role is embedded within Corporate Finance and is ideal for an accountant or analyst who naturally grew into systems ownership by delivering accurate results and supporting users. The platform is already live and stable, with opportunity to expand dashboards, reporting, and expanded multi‑entity or regional use. You will focus on financial outcomes, not software development or infrastructure. Success in this role comes from understanding how data flows from source to statements. You will partner closely with Accounting and Finance leadership during critical close cycles. This is a high impact role for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands on. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary finance side contact for system questions, issues, and user support Maintain documentation supporting controls, audit needs, and knowledge sharing Manage support requests through resolution with clear, timely communication Support consolidation activities including eliminations, intercompany, and FX translation Investigate and resolve inbound financial data issues and mapping discrepancies Troubleshoot and resolve data submission, reporting, workflow, and access issues Support close and reporting cycles by addressing issues impacting financial outputs Maintain and update financial dimensions, hierarchies, and security structures Support chart structures, entities, and rollups used for statutory and management reporting Maintain and enhance financial transformation logic aligned with accounting needs Perform reconciliations between inputs, system outputs, and reported results Participate in testing and validation of configuration changes and enhancements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience Hands on One Stream experience as a power user, analyst, administrator, or support lead Strong understanding of GAAP reporting, close, and consolidation processes Experience supporting finance users in a close driven environment Comfort working with data loads, mappings, rules, and reconciliations Ability to collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and IT without acting as a developer Why You’ll Love Working Here A true finance first systems role where accounting outcomes drive priorities High visibility within Corporate Finance with meaningful reporting impact Opportunity to expand dashboards, analytics, and global reporting capabilities An established platform with room to optimize—not build from scratch Collaborative environment that values accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor White
