Shift Leader

Blaze Pizza seeks energetic, dependable individuals for full- or part-time team member roles in our franchised restaurants. Candidates should be motivated, enjoy a fast‑paced environment, and provide exceptional service. Starting pay: $9 per hour. Hourly employees may earn monthly and quarterly bonuses and participate in a tip‑sharing program averaging $1,500 per guest, split based on hours worked. Responsibilities Perform assigned tasks and duties in the restaurant. Provide each guest with fast, fun, and friendly B.L.A.Z.E. service, serve great pizza, maintain cleanliness and consistency. Ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Work assigned stations accurately, productively, and neatly. Deliver fast, fun, and friendly B.L.A.Z.E. service, which includes smiling, lively interactions, saying yes, going fast, and exceeding expectations. Training and Development Follow steps in the Blaze Training Program to learn new skills and responsibilities. Communicate with supervisor for additional training and practice. Understand how each job responsibility impacts guests, employees, and overall operations. Be performance‑oriented, understand expectations, and be aware of results. Contribute to restaurant success by consistently accomplishing expected work during each shift. Support management goals, decisions, and directives; show no insubordination. Adhere to company guidelines for food, cash controls, cost control, and proper use of supplies and equipment. Education Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and co‑workers; bilingual skills a plus. Experience Minimum age: 16 years old. Transportation and Availability Reliable transportation to work’s location. Telephone or other reliable communication method for work hours. Flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts. Team‑work ability and comfortable guest interaction. Perspective of guests and meeting performance standards for tasks. Initiative, problem‑solving skills, and ability to stand, bend, stoop, work near heat and in close quarters. Ability to lift 25–50 lbs comfortably.
