Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in Texas (or eligibility for Texas licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered
• Recent experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability to different school settings and caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Document progress, maintain accurate student records, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Offer consultation and resources to educators and support staff, promoting classroom integration
