Production Operator

Pay: $18-$20/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and use hand tools to assemble parts
• Read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Learn new equipment and processes as needed

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods
