About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Inbound and Demand Generation to establish and lead the US inbound demand engine. This role is pivotal in creating a predictable, compounding pipeline by aligning with the research and buying behaviors of enterprise financial decision-makers. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the inbound and demand-gen surfaces, including SEO, content-led demand, marketing automation, lead nurture, and the MQL engine. They will also be at the forefront of running webinars, digital programs, and organic LinkedIn activities, as well as executing a focused field and events motion, and ABM for tier-1 named accounts. The role demands a hands-on, scrappy, and resourceful individual with a proven track record in B2B demand generation, particularly in the fintech, payments, banking, or enterprise finance software sectors. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 3 years in the specified financial sectors, and a strong background in building and running an inbound demand engine. The ideal candidate will have a direct and successful history of translating organic and content channels into a marketing-sourced pipeline, and be comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor. A deep understanding of the financial industry, including the ability to engage with senior financial professionals, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a bias for AI-native execution and a proven ability to operate at the intersection of marketing and sales, with a focus on driving and defending pipeline targets.
