Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair drain and sewer line issues using advanced equipment such as snakes, hydro-jetting, and camera/locate technology.
• Evaluate underground utilities, identify root causes of problems, and provide customers with clear, accurate job estimates and solution options.
• Deliver professional, courteous service and maintain clear communication with customers throughout each project.
• Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company standards for safety and quality.
• Prepare detailed invoices and documentation for each job performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in drain cleaning service within residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and estimates clearly to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes is highly preferred.
• Personable, ethical, and dedicated to delivering a 5-star customer experience.
