Join Our Team at Princess Laundry!
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Laundromat Attendant at Princess Laundry in Lincoln, NE. As a Laundromat Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with laundry operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. We will always be accepting applications online, but not necessarily always hiring. WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING!
Pay Range: $15/hr - $18/hr
Shifts Hiring:
- Sunday through Thursday 4p-10:30p (Sunday start time will be at 3p, instead of 4p)
- Sunday 12p-6p
Saturday and Sunday 7a-3p
- Assist customers with laundry services and answer any questions they may have
- Ensure all laundry machines are in working order and report any maintenance issues
- Fold and package laundry for customers according to their preferences
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace to provide a welcoming environment for customers
- Handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-motivated to take on additional tasks as needed
