Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its inpatient Palliative Care team in Mission Viejo, California. This role focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered palliative care to hospitalized patients while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams. Position Details:

• Full-time inpatient position

• 4,10-hour shifts schedule
\n
• Team-based, hospital setting
\n
• Strong autonomy within a mission-driven medical group
\n
• A variable schedule including weekends and evenings
\n

Compensation & Benefits:

\n

\n
• Compensation is between $159,533 and $206,335 per year
\n

\n

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

Qualifications & Requirements:

\n

\n
• Requires Palliative, Hospice or Family care experience in an inpatient setting
\n
• Both Nurse Practitioner's or Physician Assistant's are welcome to apply
\n
• Open to Family Nurse Practitioner's (FNPs)
\n
• 2 to 4 years of clinical experience required
\n
• Comfortable managing complex, acutely ill patient populations in an inpatient setting
\n
