Pay $60~$68 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Part-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensure: Must hold a valid Dental Hygienist license for the State of Washington. Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification. Education: Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program. Skills: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care. Job Description Patient Care: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Diagnostics: Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays) to assist in the diagnosis of oral health issues. Education: Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and preventative care to maintain optimal oral health. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts and medical histories. Compliance: Adhere to all sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and state regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with the dentist to identify tooth decay and gum disease and develop effective treatment plans.
