Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and payment commitments. Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection activities. Apply customer payments accurately to invoices and projects. Resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied cash, credits, and payment issues. Send customer statements and maintain accurate AR records. Partner with project managers, accounting, and operations to resolve outstanding balances. Assist with month-end close activities and AR reconciliations. Prepare collection reports and AR aging analysis. Help improve collection processes and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). What We’re Looking For 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections experience. Strong understanding of AR aging and cash application. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Excel proficiency. Experience working within ERP or accounting software. Preferred Experience Construction or project-based business Commercial contractor, developer, engineering, or industrial company Multi-entity accounting ERP systems (NetSuite, Vista, Sage, CMiC, Foundation, etc.) Construction billing Customer collections Cash application AR reporting Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
