What You Can Expect
Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Information Officer you will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption that delivers measurable business impact. Partnering with executive leadership, you'll define and execute AI strategy at scale. You'll solve complex challenges using cutting-edge technologies while creating lasting organizational value.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital strategy
Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer experience enhancement through AI solutions
Leading cross-functional initiatives that integrate AI capabilities into core business processes with measurable outcomes
Building relationships with business unit leaders to understand pain points and translate them into AI use cases
Communicating AI strategy, progress, and business impact to executive leadership and board members
What We're Looking For
Demonstrate 10+ years of business transformation experience leveraging technology to drive organizational change
Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives with proven, measurable business outcomes
Influence C-level executives and shape strategic decisions through effective stakeholder management
Apply working knowledge of AI/ML technologies including generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics
Translate technical concepts into business value using analytical and strategic thinking skills
Build business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks that drive investment decisions
Hold bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience
Contribute published thought leadership or speaking experience at industry conferences
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$126,500.00
Maximum:
$276,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
