This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. At ORBIS, our people come first. When you join ORBIS, you join a team that invests in your success from day one.**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**· Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations· Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed· Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation· Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel· Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager· Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely· Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies· Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center· Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints· Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies**Work Experience:**· 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience· Prior forklift experience required· Prior leadership experience**Shift Hours:**· 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.· Mandatory OT possible, dependent on seasonality and need; may include limited weekend work but rare.**Two companies, one vision.**Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
