About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial health and ensure a robust cash flow. The successful candidate will lead a large finance team, optimizing financial processes and systems, and establishing internal controls. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in finance, preferably within the industrial or a related sector, who can also act as a business partner, particularly in decision-making support. The CFO will be responsible for complex financial translations, clear communication with stakeholders, and the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with the long-term vision of the organization. Experience in a family business, international exposure, and a proven track record in financial transformations are highly valued. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a university degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a senior financial role. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digitalization and innovation in finance, be adept at inspiring and connecting with employees at all levels, and have a natural entrepreneurial and leadership style. Personal attributes include excellent analytical, managerial, and communication skills, as well as integrity and a strong sense of organizational dynamics. The role requires a professional with a flexible, no-nonsense mentality and a strong business sense that complements the family-oriented culture of the business. Responsibilities also encompass maintaining and strengthening relationships with external stakeholders, and advising on strategic financial matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
