Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses, rewarding impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for guidance, oversight and impact. Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Clinical Guidance: Guidance from Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
