Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple departments efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments. Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently met. Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate supplies. Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and guest experience. Support budgeting and cost control initiatives. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of hotel management software. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
