Job Title

Maintain an atmosphere of confidentiality and professionalism when greeting patients and direct them to appropriate department. Ensure smooth and expedient flow of patients within the health center.

Greet and interact with patients, visitors and guests in a professional manner

Communicate effectively with clinical team including providers, nursing, and other administrative staff

Responsible in receiving and signing for incoming delivery packages

Collaborates with security staff to notify of arising emergencies on premises

Resourceful in problem solving and conflict resolution

Strong customer service focus

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (Required)

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficient skills in Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

Proficient in working with Electronic Medical Management systems (EPIC)

Exhibit teamwork orientation and able to display good judgment

Organized and able to manage competing priorities

Resourcefulness in problem solving and conflict resolution

High School Diploma or High School equivalency Diploma required

The compensation of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
