Mail Clerk

This position involves working with a team operating a mailroom in an office building. You will be sorting, screening, and delivering mail in person within the office building. Compensation & Benefits for the Mail Clerk: Starting pay rate of $15.50 - $16.50 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision & Pet Insurance Paid Holidays Participation in company 401k Hours & Logistics: Schedule : Monday - Friday Hours : First Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) Location : Hershey, PA Mail Clerk Job Responsibilities: Inbound Mail and Package Sorting Processing Outbound Mail and Packages Signing for Incoming Packages Delivering mail and packages within the office building to customers Assisting in various duties as assigned This position could occasionally act as a backup driver to deliver mail to other locations. This would include operating a company vehicle in the local area. Required Skills & Experience: Prior Corporate/office Mail Room, or Postal Service (USPS) Experience is strongly preferred, Familiarity and Experience with Mail Room Equipment (postage machines, scanners, etc.) Good customer service skills is required as this position supports onsite customers Organizational Skills & Experience Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Professional Communications & Ability to Work with Vendors Basic Computer and Data Entry Skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to Lift Boxes/Packages (up to 75lbs) BrightKey is dedicated to being an organization where all employees are treated with dignity and respect.
