Enjoy a consistent, predictable schedule (37.5 hours/week) without the demands of traveling between sites. The role centers on empowering students across grade levels by providing direct therapy, developing and delivering individualized education plans (IEPs), and participating actively in a dynamic support team—all while knowing your contributions outside direct sessions, like meetings and planning, count toward paid hours.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Help students achieve their individual goals through personalized, evidence-based therapy.
• Develop, document, and monitor IEPs in close collaboration with teachers, school teams, and families.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to maximize student access and consistency.
• Engage thoughtfully in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary collaborations, and related administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid (or eligibility for) Wisconsin SLP licensure and Department of Public Instruction credentials.
• Completion of fingerprinting and background check prior to start date.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred; clinical fellows (CFYs) are welcome.
• Comfort with in-person and remote service delivery models.
