Now Hiring Part‑Time School Bus Drivers in Harmony, PA for the Seneca Valley School District. Job Overview • Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500 for fully licensed drivers, $5,000 for new drivers (bonus offer expires 12/31/2026). • No experience required – we provide industry‑leading training and paid CDL training. Responsibilities Split shift schedule: early‑morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between. Additional hours from trips and charters when available. Benefits Starting wage: $33.00/HR based on experience and vehicle type. Training pay rates: $28.00/HR for experienced drivers; $20.00/HR for non‑experienced drivers.
