Your Role

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, creating personalized treatment strategies
• Implement physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, and overall functionality
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and their loved ones regarding recovery goals, discharge protocols, and home exercise programs
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and patient care that aligns with health regulations and facility guidelines

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related accredited degree

Licensure and Certifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (such as neurology or geriatrics) are advantageous, though not required
