- # Subcontract AnalystApplylocations: Denver, COtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR100927**Job Overview:****POSITION SUMMARY:**The Contract Specialist will develop, coordinate, and administer contracts for products and/or services for Primoris Renewables. They negotiate, extend, and renegotiate contracts as appropriate. They serve as a primary point of liaison with subcontractors and monitor existing contracts for compliance with terms and conditions.**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Negotiate, establish, and administer contractual arrangements for various subcontract services.* Evaluate or monitor contractor performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.* Analyze and approve or reject internal and/or contractor requests for deviations from contract specifications.* Serve as a primary liaison with contracting representatives to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of problems and issues, as they arise.* Monitor and evaluate contractor performance against contract specifications and recommend appropriate remedial action as necessary.* May assist and/or provide input into the formulation, development, and/or revision of operating policies, procedures, and strategies for the organization, as appropriate.* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:*** BS degree in business administration or equivalent.* Experience in solar, power generation or construction required.* 2+ years of experience in Procurement.* 1+ years of experience negotiating contracts.* Experience in Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.) is required.* Experience and skill with SAP & Viewpoint preferred.* Proficient in development and adherence to procurement procedures and plans.* Multi-task and provide support to multiple internal clients daily.**PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:*** Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.* Knowledge of contract documents and specifications.* Ability to analyze and solve problems.* Knowledge of procurement rules and regulations.* Ability to make procedural decisions and judgments.* Organizational and coordination skills.* Skilled in the negotiation and establishment of contractual arrangements for goods and services.* Knowledge of contractor compliance issues and procedures, as applicable to a public institution.* Ability to assess contract compliance and product/service quality.* Ability to travel as needed (approximately 5-10%).**Benefits and Pay:*** Paid Company Holidays* Paid Time Off* We provide paid sick leave as required by Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.* Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Short Term/Long Term Disability, 401K with matching contribution.* Salary $80,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
