Driver Helper

Driver Helper Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distributor that has proudly served communities across Idaho and Montana for four generations. Driver Helpers support local delivery routes within an assigned territory, working with drivers to get product safely and efficiently to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Assist with product delivery in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Unload product from the trailer using a pallet jack and/or hand truck. Stock cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery. Rotate product according to company standards. Collect empty keg shells, damaged goods, or mis-ordered product. Communicate clearly with delivery drivers, sales reps, and store personnel. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Skills & Abilities: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Time management, attention to detail, and communication skills. Able to use standard handheld computer devices. Physical Demands & Work Environment: Ability to regularly lift and move cases weighing 2030 lbs., and occasionally up to 160 lbs. to waist height. Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Able to safely operate a delivery vehicle in a range of weather conditions.
