Cashier Position at URBN Headquarters

Looking for a stable schedule with your weekends completely free? We are hiring a friendly, reliable food service Cashier to join our team at the URBN Headquarters in Philadelphia's historic Navy Yard. The Cashier is responsible for helping to create an unparalleled dining experience. You will provide excellent customer service by building customer relationships and fostering a positive and friendly environment. Ultimately, you will perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently, and maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of dining room.

Role Responsibilities

• Greet & Serve: Welcome every customer with a warm smile and provide excellent, friendly service.
• Run the Register: Ring up food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Prep Drinks & Snacks: Prepare and serve quality beverages (including coffee) and food according to our simple recipes.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, welcoming dining room. This includes wiping down tables, emptying trash, sweeping, and keeping condiment stations stocked.
• Be a Team Player: Work together with coworkers and managers to solve quick problems and keep the morning rush running smoothly.

Role Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• You genuinely enjoy chatting with customers and working closely with a team.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• You show up on time, take pride in a clean workspace, and handle cash accurately.
• You can stay calm, positive, and fast on your feet during the busy morning rush.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours), reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work regular shift Monday through Thursday from ranging from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm

Pay Range

USD $15.00 - USD $16.00 /Hr.
