As a fabless semiconductor company, the role spans the entire product lifecycle—from architecture through field performance—while driving excellence across external wafer fabrication, assembly and test partners.MissionBuild a world-class Product & Quality Excellence organization that embeds quality into every engineering decision, every supplier relationship and every customer experience.Executive MandateCreate an enterprise-wide Quality First culture where quality is designed into products rather than inspected into them.Own end-to-end product quality, reliability engineering, supplier quality, customer quality and quality systems.Partner with Engineering to strengthen Design for Quality, verification, failure analysis and reliability methodologies.Lead quality across outsourced manufacturing partners, ensuring robust process controls, change management and continuous improvement.Establish executive quality governance, enterprise KPIs and Board-level reporting.First-Year Transformation PrioritiesFirst 90 Days: Assess product quality, reliability, supplier performance, customer escalations, organizational capability and quality systems. Build executive alignment and establish the transformation roadmap.90–180 Days: Launch Design for Quality, supplier excellence and customer quality initiatives.
