Description

Position: Wound Care Physician
Location: Goldsboro, NC
Job Type: Full-time

Practice Overview

Join a busy wound care practice with 2 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
Full patient panel with both outpatient visits and hospital consults
Two on-site hyperbaric chambers for advanced wound care
No after-hours hospital call required
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

Perform debridement, topical wound therapy, tissue therapy, dressing selection, and growth-factor therapy
Provide high-quality, cost-effective care for patients with chronic medical conditions and special needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Wound care experience and/or training required
Advanced training in wound management and hyperbaric oxygen therapy preferred
North Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain)
