Pay:  $172,000.00 - $181,000.00 per year

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive care to CVICU patients in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill cardiovascular patients.
• Participate in treatment planning, patient monitoring, and care coordination.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and support critical care interventions.
• Collaborate with nursing, respiratory therapy, and other clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence within the unit.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Current Florida ACNP license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (certification required within 6 months of hire).
• 1 year of experience is required; critical care, cardiology, or ICU experience is a plus.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
