Build a hospital-based OB career with the schedule flexibility, specialty support, and benefits to sustain it. Hera Women s Health is recruiting collaborative OB/GYN hospitalists to provide on-site Labor and Delivery coverage in the Las Vegas/Henderson market. You will work alongside fellow hospitalists, practice OB/GYNs, residents, nursing, anesthesia, and one of the country s largest community MFM practices, with 24/7 MFM backup for unassigned patients.

$75,000 sign-on bonus

Full-time schedule of 10 twelve-hour shifts per month

Day and night shift opportunities; 12- or 24-hour coverage blocks

No routine outpatient clinic responsibilities

Primary responsibility for unassigned patients on Labor and Delivery

24/7 MFM backup and Level III NICU support at both hospitals

Teaching opportunities with OB/GYN residents and hospital staff

Relocation support and no Nevada state individual income tax

Compensation varies by shift mix, shift commitment, and performance incentives. Current compensation components include:

Base 12-hour shift rate: $1,650-$2,000 for days and $1,745-$2,090 for nights

Average 12-hour shift value including applicable bonuses and PTO: $2,300-$2,500 for days and $2,390-$2,590 for nights

Approximate total annual compensation of $350,000 at 12 shifts per month, depending on day/night mix and earned incentives

Potential 2027 annual compensation of approximately $450,000 at 15 shifts per month, depending on day/night mix and earned incentives

Holiday shift differential, shift commitment bonus, and collections/performance bonuses up to $27,000

Accrued PTO up to $10,368

Continuing medical education stipend and professional-development support

Evaluate and manage unassigned patients in Labor and Delivery triage

Provide antepartum care and manage labor and delivery

Round on and discharge assigned obstetric patients

Collaborate with laborists, the GYN hospitalist, residents, MFM, nursing, anesthesia, and other hospital-based clinicians

Participate in resident and staff education and system-wide quality improvement

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board certification or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

At least two years of OB/GYN experience

Active Nevada medical license or ability to obtain one

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care and continued professional development

Close collaboration with a local MFM practice, including 24/7 support

Fetal monitoring certification and basic OB ultrasound training

Transvaginal cervical length assessment training with MFM physicians

BLS certification and potential attendance at an SMFM critical care obstetrics course

Access to EHR, voice dictation, PACS, genetic counselors, advanced practitioners, advanced ultrasound equipment, detailed anatomic ultrasound, and fetal echocardiography expertise
