The Opportunity As a Physical Therapist at PRO Therapy, your responsibility is simple: Deliver an exceptional patient experience while helping people confidently return to the activities they love. Every patient receives individualized, evidence-based care built around their goals, not a standardized protocol. You’ll primarily treat orthopedic conditions including: Acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain Sports injuries Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation Work-related injuries Balance and mobility concerns Injury prevention Performance optimization You’ll work alongside a collaborative team committed to helping one another grow while delivering outstanding outcomes for every patient. Strong orthopedic clinical reasoning and treatment skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to evidence-based care and lifelong learning. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Commitment to PRO Therapy's mission, vision, and core values. Preferred Experience treating orthopedic and sports medicine populations. Dry needling certification or interest in advanced manual therapy techniques is a plus.
