Director of Environmental Services The Gardens at Orangeville | Orangeville, PA Full-Time | Skilled Nursing Facility The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking a qualified and experienced Director of Environmental Services to oversee and manage all operations of our Environmental Services Department. This leadership role is critical to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise all functions of the Environmental Services Department Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition at all times Verify that required equipment and supplies are available, properly maintained, and operational Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards Enforce departmental policies, fire and disaster procedures, safety rules, and Universal Precautions Lead, train, and support Environmental Services staff to meet operational goals and regulatory requirements Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience in environmental services, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role Training in environmental control practices and procedures preferred Prior experience in a medical, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting strongly preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits We strive to provide our employees with a comprehensive and affordable benefits package, including: Medical and Prescription Drug, Dental, and Vision Coverage Telemedicine Program Company-Paid Group Life Insurance Voluntary Term Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability 401(k) Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (vacation, personal, sick, and state sick leave) Daily Pay View your earned pay as it accrues, with the option to access it daily (nominal fee may apply).
