This position focuses on developing solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and client satisfaction while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality results, promoting project participation, and ensuring successful project execution. Responsibilities Lead and manage an interdisciplinary team of project managers and coordinators in the design and implementation the prescriptive rebate energy efficiency program. Actively support multiple projects throughout their lifecycle by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely progress, milestone tracking, and successful completion. Contribute to project goals and organizational objectives by resolving project issues, coordinating logistics, and verifying compliance with project procedures and contract requirements. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely and precise documentation by utilizing tools to input, process, and review data. Analyze data to identify trends, generate reports, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. Develop and implement solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives. Establish efficient practices and drive process improvements to support successful project execution and organizational growth. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, project participants, market partners, and contractors to ensure smooth project participation and compliance. Provide regular updates, prepare detailed reports and presentations, and promote project participation through clear and consistent communication. Develop program policies and procedures, including incentives and participation requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, relevant field, and 2+ years of experience. A combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered in place of a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Understanding of energy efficiency and conservation in commercial buildings; ability to assess and understand energy use in buildings, including familiarity with measurements of electricity and fuel consumption and carbon emissions. Compensation In accordance with local law, the salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
