Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (LTCA) travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility located in Butte, Montana. Start date: 06/22/2026 for a 13-week contract. Responsibilities
- Implement and progress therapeutic activities and exercises under supervision according to the plan of care for residents
- Assist with treatment tasks, positioning, therapeutic modalities, and activities of daily living as appropriate
- Monitor resident progress, document daily treatment notes, and report changes to the supervising therapist
- Prepare treatment materials, set up equipment, and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment
- Collaborate with the occupational therapy team, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals to support resident goals
- Adhere to regulatory, safety, and documentation requirements within a skilled nursing facility setting

Requirements
- Eligible for travel assignments in the United States (travel - temporary)
- Ability to work a day shift in a skilled nursing facility
- Experience in or comfort with long-term care or LTCA-related therapy
- Availability to begin on the stated start date and commit to a 13-week assignment
- Willingness to follow the plan of care and collaborate with the therapy team
