The Automotive Sales Manager leads a dedicated sales team, overseeing both new and used vehicle sales. Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, this role is pivotal in developing sales strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer relations. The manager also focuses on training and development while analyzing performance to drive results.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Maintain strong customer relations and address client needs
• Manage inventory control and pricing strategies
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor performance
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members
• Conduct negotiations to close sales effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management skills
