Home Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants in Inkster, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors. Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Ensure client safety and comfort at all times. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is a plus. Compassionate, reliable, and patient with a strong work ethic. Ability to pass background checks. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred. Benefits Competitive hourly wage between $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month.
