Urologist Opportunity – General UrologyA well-established regional healthcare provider in northern New York is seeking a full-time General Urologist to join a team of experienced, patient-focused clinicians. The position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care in a supportive and collegial environment.Position Highlights:Open to board-certified or board-eligible urologists (within 5 years of residency completion)Primary location: Modern, multi-specialty clinic in Canton, NYClinic hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMCall responsibility requiredAccess to strong referral networks and well-equipped facilitiesCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $600,000–$650,000, with potential for additional performance-based incentivesSigning bonus and relocation assistancePaid CME with time and financial supportComprehensive medical benefitsMalpractice insurance (including tail coverage)Retirement plans with employer contributionGenerous benefit timeNote: Compensation is reflective of current market data and may include variable pay based on productivity, quality metrics, and organizational incentives.
