Job OpportunityFull Charge Bookkeeper - GwinnettWho: Dynamic $3 million in revenue hospitality services industryWhat: Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can be client facingWhere: GwinnettWhen: Immediate needWhy: This is a newly created position to support the company's growth. Looking for the right personality who can contribute to the overall success of the business in accounting while supporting the sales and marketing effort.Responsibilities:Financial StatementsReconcile monthly bank statementsRecord necessary journal entries and prepare financial statements and supporting schedulesTransactional accounting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections, Payroll, BenefitsReconcile quarterly tax reports to the general ledger accounts payableResponsible for coding, entering and paying corporate billsEmployee hiring and termination administrationProvide sales supportQualificationsDegree in accounting, CPA preferred5+ years of experienceSalesForce and QuickBooks preferredOutgoing personality to support sales effort40-hour work week (Will consider part time)Salary$55k - $60kIf you are interested please send your resume for immediate consideration to View email address on click.appcast.io
