Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and systems. Pay will be based on experience and technical knowledge—the more skills you bring to the position, the more you can earn.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair compressed air and pneumatic systems .
Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components .
Troubleshoot electrical systems, motor controls, and drives .
Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs and automated equipment .
Troubleshoot and maintain industrial lighting systems .
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings .
Identify mechanical and electrical issues and determine appropriate repairs.
Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

Qualifications

Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, drives, and PLCs .
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams .
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
