Requirements • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Valid firearms license or certification required. • Active PERC and FOID card required.
• Must own a firearm with a level 2 retention holster or higher. • Previous armed security or related experience preferred. • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and de-escalation skills. • Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods. • Capability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies. Schedule and Availability • Guards are expected to work scheduled shifts at their assigned client sites. • Shifts, site assignments, and schedules are subject to change based on client and SSPG needs. • Flexibility is required to work additional shifts, including on-call or emergency coverage when needed. Benefits • Weekly pay on Fridays • Chicago Employees Only: SSPG follows Chicago Paid and Sick Leave Ordinance
• ILPLAWA: Part-time employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked • Referral bonus • Compensation: $18.00 Work Authorization Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
