Shift: 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials: Driver’s license required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required; passing score of at least 80% with only 2 attempts permitted.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: Medical-surgical/telemetry unit with some cardiac population.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

5 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required
