HR - HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
FPC (FORTUNE PERSONNEL CONSULTANTS - Orlando Office)
This opportunity is for an HR Manager with a division of a global automotive manufacturing organization. The facility employs more than 400 people in a non‑union environment and is seeking an HR leader to drive key people initiatives while overseeing a team of seven, including HR Generalists along with Payroll and Benefits personnel. Core Responsibilities Lead day-to-day human resources operations, including employee retention initiatives, communication programs, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Work closely with plant leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and standards. Direct compensation and benefits programs while implementing initiatives focused on workforce engagement and long‑term employee retention. Oversee payroll, onboarding, FMLA administration, benefits coordination, and the execution of company HR policies and procedures. Manage the recruiting and hiring process to support ongoing staffing needs. Candidate Requirements 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Generalist or Human Resources Manager. Previous HR experience within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Broad knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, internal communications, payroll, and conflict resolution. Hands‑on experience with FMLA administration, employee benefits, and developing or improving HR policies and procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
