Manage Policies: Update personal details, add drivers, or change coverage limits.
Process Payments: Take money and issue receipts or proof of insurance.
Handle Complaints: Listen to problems and offer fast, fair solutions
Computer skills are a must
Insurance License is not a must but will provide a bonus $ if you have.
