Nothing in this section is meant to create a contractual benefit, just a glimpse into the way we show up for each other and make Jaxon more than a place to work!Primary Duties:Performs electronic/mechanical technician duties in both laboratory and field settingsData reduction and analysisProvide accurate, high-quality drafts of documentationOperates and maintains electronic equipment, computers, industrial measuring and control equipment, high voltage power supplies, and mechanical systemsPerforms setup/teardown of test equipmentTroubleshoot electronic and mechanical equipment and makes needed repairsPerform general construction activitiesMaintain strong, professional relationships with both internal & external customersMeet all applicable OSHA requirementsRequirements:Required Job Qualifications:Ability to work from electrical schematics and/or mechanical drawings, work independently and complete tasks on scheduleExperience operating test equipment, hand soldering, and working with crimp toolsExperience in basic electronic circuit troubleshooting and in mechanical assembly and disassemblyProficient with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong detail orientationDesired Job Qualifications:Prior experience working with Dept of Defense personnel preferredPrior construction, maintenance or electronics experience preferredHS diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Electronics or Military Electronic Training preferred1+ years' experience in mechanical assembly/disassembly1+ years' experience in hand soldering and crimp tools1+ years' experience in operating and setting up test equipment1+ years' experience in basic electronic circuit trouble shootingMust have the ability and/or willingness to do the following:Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain job-specific certifications and qualifications, including but not limited to DOT Medical Certification, forklift operation, confined space entry, and fall protection.Must be able to work safely at heights and in various industrial environments.Obtain United States passportPossess a valid driver's licenseAble to lift up to 50 lbs. and utilize ladders or step stools to reach heights of approximately 6 ftWho We're Looking For:You take ownership, stay curious, and know that performing technician duties is a team effort.
