Retail Store Manager Location: Suite Child — Kearney, Nebraska Full-Time: Approximately 38+ Hours/Week Weekday + Regular Saturday Availability Required Compensation: Competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hour based on experience Reports To: Owner About Suite Child Suite Child is an elevated baby + children’s boutique focused on exceptional customer service, thoughtfully curated products, and creating a joyful shopping experience for growing families. About the Role We’re looking for a steady, emotionally mature, and highly dependable Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our boutique retail store environment. This role is ideal for someone who: naturally takes ownership communicates clearly and professionally leads calmly under pressure enjoys supporting and developing a team takes pride in creating operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience Our Store Manager plays a key role in setting the tone for the store each day — helping the team stay organized, supported, customer-focused, and aligned.
