Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Operations in Allentown PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid drivers license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

1. Age Requirement:

   • All candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for employment. This requirement is in accordance with specific regulations or company policies if applicable.

2. Security Experience:

   • Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience. This experience should be documented and verifiable through previous employment or training programs.

3. Drivers License:

   • A valid drivers license is required for all candidates in compliance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements. Candidates must provide a copy of their drivers license during the application process.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors contractors and clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access protocols and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors exterior grounds parking areas entrances and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity maintenance concerns and security-related conditions.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as directed and maintain accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and patrol logs.
• Maintain a professional presence while helping to deter unauthorized access trespassing and disruptive behavior across the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least six months of security-related experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
