Onsite Technology Support Specialist II
Hansen Talent Group is seeking an onsite Technology Support Specialist II to support a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This role requires a strong technical support background paired with excellent customer communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and restore technical services and equipment using documented processes
- Resolve application, hardware, and software issues; escalate when business impact warrants
- Research, respond to, and document customer requests
- Maintain and update knowledge base and call tracking systems
- Proactively monitor systems, servers, and networks to prevent outages
- Analyze data to understand business impact and identify service gaps
What You Need
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience providing technical guidance and informal user training
- Understanding of business systems and technical environments
- Ability to document processes clearly and keep documentation current
- Proficient with common enterprise applications and systems
- Technical support experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with Citrix
- VPN troubleshooting
- Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams)
